DELIVERY POLICY
Delivery charges are included in our prices for the following areas in York:
Acomb, Bishopthorpe, Clifton, Dringhouses, Hessay, Holgate, Knapton, Poppleton, Rawcliffe, Rufforth,
Southbank, Westfield, Woodthorpe.
Collections can be made at certain times from our office in Acomb.
Outside of these areas, a small charge will apply. Please get in touch to ask about delivery to other areas. We do not currently send cut flowers or live plants in the post via our website.
RETURN POLICY
We do not offer refunds for cut flowers, unless a problem has occurred with either the flowers themselves or the delivery. If you would like to speak to us about cancelling a pre-paid or monthly/fortnightly subscription, please get in touch either using our contact form or giving us a call.
PAYMENT METHOD
We do not currently take payments offline for our flower subscription or our DIY buckets. If you are visiting us at a farmer's market or other event, we can take payment either by cash or card. We do not accept cheques, American Express or Diner's International.

We offer trades prices on cut flowers and plants, but not currently on dried flowers or our flower faeries.
