Dried Wreath Workshop

We don't generally offer refunds on our plants, since we don't send them through the post, or sell through a third party, but we know there are exceptions, so if you have problems or concerns about plants you have bought from us, please do let us know - we are here to help you. 

Potted plants can be returned to to us within the first 14 days if you have changed your mind for whatever reason and the plants can be resold, or if you are a trade customer and have bulk ordered from us and need to return excess plants.

Workshops:

If you are no longer able to attend a workshop you have booked, please get in touch by phone or email. Places will be fully refunded up to 48 hours prior to the date of the event. After this, only partial refunds will be available, unless the place can be filled, as materials will have been purchased.
